This has led to a situation where a large proportion of the workforce lack social and emotional skills that are optimal for sustainable performance, growth and development. If one was to measure the top traits of a leader, intellectual capability/capacity will appear only as an aspect of great leadership. The rest seem to be forgotten or neglected.

This is a drawback of the system. Student’s are put at a disadvantage from the very beginning when they aren’t taught and allowed to experiment with social and emotional growth that is the core of their identity.
